TriHealth retained PFB Architects, Inc. to expand The Hand Surgery Center on Oak Street to include clinical offices. The project included interior renovation of the existing 6,800 SF Hand Surgery Center, an addition of 250 SF for decontamination and sterilization facilities, and 6,200 SF of new clinical office construction. The clinical office addition accommodates a shared waiting area, 8 exam rooms, on-site radiology room, space for 10 physical therapy of the hand stations, as well as staff and doctor's office space.

This project required coordination with a local church and negotiation with the city zoning department for leased rights to the expanded parking lot to handle the additional parking requirements.
