This tenant fit-out phase included 7,000 SF of new outpatient tenant space. Phase II included three new tenant suites - Urgent Care Plus, Oxford Pediatrics, and a Private Doctor's office, as well as an expansion of the facility's existing diagnostics services with the addition of a CT Suite.

Specifically, Urgent Care Plus consisted of a waiting / reception area, 4 exam rooms, a hearing audiology room, soiled utility, a large centralized nurse station, and supporting office space. Both Oxford Pediatrics and the Private Doctor's Suites consisted of waiting / reception, 4 exam rooms, a centralized nurse station, and supporting office space. The expansion of the facility's imaging services now offers a CT suite, which includes the procedure room, control room, read room, and ultrasound room.
