This 600,000 SF shell and core project is just one building on the Butler County Medical Center campus. This Medical Office Building fits aesthetically into the larger medical campus development, including a nearby Imaging Center.
In addition to the shell and core, PFB completed tenant build-outs on both floors. Spaces were designed to the unique needs of the clients / practioners and included various functions such as exam rooms, procedure rooms, nurse stations, offices, and waiting rooms.
